I like to think of myself more as a mid-wife, helping you birth your authentic self.  This "real self" comes coded with a design for happiness and creativity. We come here with a purpose.  So we don't so much change who we are. Rather, we emerge into who we really are. Like e. e. cummings said "it takes courage to grow and turn out to be who we really are."
